Please read all the terms below carefully before opening an account or using any service on this platform. These terms form the basis of the agreement between 95 bdt and its members.
Definitions and Explanations
The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions. Understanding these definitions is necessary to correctly interpret each term.
- "Platform" means the 95 bdt website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
- "Member" means any person registered on the platform who operates an active account.
- "Services" means casino gaming, sports betting, live casino, and all other features provided through the platform.
- "Wagering" means the requirement to place bets a specified number of times before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- "Net Loss" means the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.
- "Balance" means the combined total of real money and bonus funds held in a member's account.
In this document, "95 bdt", "Platform", or "we" refer to the same entity. "You" or "member" refers to a registered user of the platform.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 Eligibility
To open an account on the 95 bdt platform, a member must be at least 21 years of age. The platform may request valid identification at any time for age verification. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts, and any such accounts will be closed immediately.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each member may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. Different members of the same household may open separate accounts, but they may be required to verify their identities individually if operating from the same device or IP address.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — including name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be true and accurate. Accounts opened with incorrect or false information will be cancelled outright. If any information needs to be changed, the support team must be contacted.
2.4 Account Security
The member is solely responsible for the security of their account. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the 95 bdt support team must be notified immediately.
Terms of Platform Use
3.1 Permitted Use
The 95 bdt platform may be used for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for commercial purposes, selling or transferring accounts, and playing games through automated software are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or find vulnerabilities.
- Abusing bonuses or attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
- Attempting to log in using another member's account credentials.
- Attempting to increase bonuses by transferring funds between the same person or members of the same family.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
3.3 Technical Disruptions
If a technical issue or error causes an unusual change in a game result or account balance, 95 bdt reserves the right to correct it. In such cases, a member will not be permitted to withdraw funds that were incorrectly displayed as winnings.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Payment Methods
95 bdt currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. These same methods may also be used for withdrawals. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳500. The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required in some cases due to identity verification or security review.
4.4 Transaction Verification
For security purposes, 95 bdt may verify a member's identity and information before or after any transaction. Failure to cooperate with this verification process may result in the transaction being held.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 General Bonus Usage Policy
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is already active.
- If a bonus expires, any unused bonus will be cancelled automatically.
- Some bonuses are for use in specific games only — for example, the Friday Slots Bonus applies to slot games only.
5.3 Changes to Promotion Terms
95 bdt reserves the right to change or discontinue any ongoing promotion at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before any changes take effect. Members are advised to visit the platform regularly for the latest promotion information.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Fairness
All games on the 95 bdt platform are operated by software from verified game studios. Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely fair and not predetermined.
6.2 Bet Limits
The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are shown in the game interface. When playing in bonus mode, there may be a set maximum bet limit — exceeding this limit may result in the relevant wager not counting toward the bonus requirement.
6.3 Sports Betting
If a dispute arises over the result of a match in sports betting, the official result of the relevant sports governing body will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount will be refunded in accordance with the betting rules.
6.4 Bets Affected by Technical Errors
If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error in a game or server, the bet amount will be returned to the member's balance. Any winnings displayed at the time of the error are not valid.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
7.1 Platform Rights
95 bdt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account if —
- The member violates these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is found.
- It is confirmed that the account was created with false information.
- Suspicious money laundering activity is detected.
7.2 Member Rights
A member may close their own account if they wish. Any balance should be withdrawn before submitting a request to close the account. No unused bonuses will be returned after an account is closed.
7.3 Self-Exclusion Feature
If a member feels that their gambling habits are becoming uncontrollable, they may apply through the support team to have their account temporarily suspended for a set period. The Responsible Gaming guidelines contain detailed information on this matter.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
95 bdt endeavours to keep the platform running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, 95 bdt is not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. No compensation may be claimed for any loss a member suffers as a result of such interruptions.
8.2 Internet Connection Issues
95 bdt will not be responsible if a game or bet is left incomplete due to the member's internet connection being lost. The member is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.
8.3 Third-Party Software
The game software used on the platform is developed by third-party developers. 95 bdt accepts limited liability for any errors or unexpected behaviour in this software.
Data Privacy and Protection
95 bdt places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. A member's name, contact details, and financial transaction records are stored with strict security and are not shared with third parties. However, information may be provided to authorities where required by law or for security reasons.

Changes to Terms and Enforceability
10.1 Right to Amend
95 bdt reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified on the platform or by email before any significant changes take effect.
10.2 Effect of Changes
If a member continues to use the platform after terms have changed, they will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms. Members are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
10.3 Dispute Resolution

10.4 Severability
If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, all remaining clauses will continue in full effect.
